Founded in 1963 to represent chefs and cooks from the Greater Victoria area, we are a professional association and branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation (ccfcc). Our goals are to promote culinary excellence, aid the growth and development of our industry, and provide a network for our membership.

Working with local high schools, collages, government and local businesses, we strive to assist aspiring individuals in developing the skills which are in demand today in our industry. For deserving students and apprentices we offer financial assistance for education.

Our members are all from the greater Victoria area and work across a broad spectrum within the industry. Key to our success is the fact that "We have some outstanding and talented people in our midst to mentor and nurture the next generation of chefs who are the future of this industry." (Steve Walker-Duncan. CCF Victoria - President)

Future plans include, workshops and the introduction of guest speakers to our monthly meetings.
